Insanity Asylum Vertical PlyoOk, day 4 with Shaun T and Insanity: The Asylum is Vertical Plyo. Yep, you guessed it. Jumping and more jumping. Insanity had me prepared for this work out but it was still super tough.  I think this is the work out that made my shins sore but I can’t be positive because it also could have been any of the previous work outs. Shaun T really out did himself this time with this Asylum work out.  I will say it again, it is tough and it is different and Asylum is not the place to start if you are just beginning.  Asylum is definitely one of those work outs that you have to work your way up to.

Do you like jumping rope?  How about jumping rope on one leg? Well you better get used to it because that is just some of what you will get with Vertical Plyo in the Asylum.  How about push ups with your bands around your hands and legs and then you have to spread both during the push up? Yes, Asylum is tough but it will make you better.  If you play any sport I would highly recommend this work out.  I can almost guarantee you will see a benefit and if you don’t just send it back. (That’s how confident Beachbody is.)
